Were honored to be New Braunfels FIRST Hot Yoga Studio! Our mission for this community is to connect every individual with their inner self, a sense of well being, and to enhance mindfulness in each present moment of our lives.

Heated yoga for beginners, sculpting classes for toning to powerful flowing vinyasa, both men & women will have tons of classes to choose from. Were also excited to offer non-heated PreNatal, BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby), Lil Gypsy, Teens and Family Classes!
